Matt McGreal joined Crist|Kolder Associates in May 2007 as a Principal.

Before joining the Firm, Matt was a Consultant within the Board Services Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in Chicago, he was responsible for research support and search execution for U.S. Board searches. Matt also conducted board composition analyses, compensation surveys, and wrote corporate governance related white papers.

Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Matt was a Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International in New York, responsible for the Research and Knowledge Management functions of the Global Board Services Practice and the Chief Executive Officer Practice.

Before Korn/Ferry, Matt held the roles of Research Director for Nordeman Grimm in New York, Director of Online Recruiting and Research at Execu-Search.com, also in New York, and Manager of Recruiting Research and Internet Recruiting for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Matt has a B.A. in History from Elmhurst College and an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
