Josh Crist joined Crist|Kolder Associates as a Principal in June 2008. Prior to joining Crist|Kolder, Josh worked in the Chicago office of DHR International, the fifth largest search firm in the U.S. He most recently served as Vice President of Recruiting/Operations for DHR, responsible for the recruitment and retention of Partners on a global scale, as well as execution of search projects across industries and functions.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont, with a focus on Political Science and Business Administration.
